Our History & Strength
G R V & P K was established in May 1998 by a group of four young, dedicated Chartered Accountants: CA Ganpatlal Kawad H., CA Virchand Nahar G., CA Pankaj Rathore, and CA Kamal Kishore Karnani.
The strength of G R V & P K lies in its ability to combine in-depth knowledge of a cross-section of industries with the specialization skills of its professionals, spread across its widespread network.

Direct Taxation (including Income Tax, International Taxation, etc.), Accounting, and Auditing.
He was a member of the Managing Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Bangalore Branch, from 2001-07 and held the post of Chairman during 2006-07.
CA Virchand Nahar G.
B.Com, FCA
Indirect Taxation (Value Added Taxes, Central Sales Tax, Entry Tax, Professional Tax), Accounting, Auditing, and Bank Auditing.
He is a member of various social and cultural organizations like the Rotary Club of Bangalore Peenya and the Healthy Hearts Club. He has held various posts in the managing committee and served as the President of the Rotary Club of Bangalore Peenya during 2006-07.
CA Pankaj Rathore
B.Com, FCA
Indirect Taxes (Goods and Services Tax (GST), Central Excise, Service Tax), FEMA, Bank Audits, Preparation of Management Information Systems (MIS), and Investigation Audits.
He is actively involved with various social and cultural organizations and has held several posts in the managing committee of Bangalore Garden City Jaycees, Bangalore.
CA Kamal Kishore Karnani
B.Com (Hons), FCA
Corporate Law & Taxation (Company Law Matters), Internal Audit, C&AG Audit, Bank Audits, Project Reporting, and Financing.
He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is also a member and has held positions in the managing committees of various social and cultural organizations, including the Rotary Club of Bangalore North, Maheshwari Yuva Sangh, and the Maheshwari Foundation (serving as President of Maheshwari Yuva Sangh, Bangalore from 2001-2003).
